Canned Asparagus and Lime Dill Salmon Salad

  • 1 Cup watercress , washed
  • 1/4 Lb canned corn , drained
  • 3/4 Lb canned asparagus spears , drained
  • 3 1/2 Oz smoked salmon
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 limes , juiced
  • 3 fresh dill sprigs , chopped
Arrange watercress and corn around the edge of a plate. Lay the asparagus spears in the centre of the plate, top with the smoked salmon. Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice and dill. Drizzle over the salad. Serve with crusty white bread.
