Zucchini Chips

  • 1 3/4 Oz flour
  • salt and pepper
  • large plastic bags
  • 1 Lb zucchini , cut into thin slices
  • oil , for deep-frying
Mix flour with salt and pepper and put in a plastic bag. Add the zucchini slices and shake to coat well. Heat the oil in a deep pan until hot (about 375 ℉). Fry the zucchini, in batches if necessary, for 5 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and then serve while still hot.
