Cointreau Fruit Punch

  • 2 Cup cranberry juice
  • 1 Cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 Fl Oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 4 Fl Oz Cointreau or other orange liqueur (optional)
  • 4 Fl Oz ginger ale
  • 1 lemons , thinly sliced
Freeze half the cranberry juice in ice cube trays. In a punch bowl, combine remaining fruit juices and chill. Just before serving, add cranberry ice cubes, Cointreau and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon slices.
