Impossible Green Chili-Cheese Pie

- 1/2 Lb green chilies , drained
- 4 Cup cheddar cheese , shredded
- 2 Cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup buttermilk baking mix
Preheat oven to 425 ℉. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in a greased 10 inch pie plate. Combine milk, eggs and baking mix in a bowl and beat until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
