Pancakes From Mix

  • 1 Cup skim milk , add 1/2 cup more for thinner pancakes
  • 2 eggs
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden.
