One Pan Banana Bread

  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup ripe mashed bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 Cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup nuts , chopped
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Generously grease the bottom of a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients in prepared pan and stir with a fork until moistened. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Bake 55-65 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run a knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf, pressing gently to loosen. Remove from pan.
