Ham Scrambled Eggs

  • 3 slice cooked ham , cut into strips, slices
  • 2 eggs , lightly beaten
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saut'e ham strips 3-4 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon until lightly browned. Add eggs and stir 1-2 minutes, until just set. (Cooking time increases with more eggs.
