Savory Three Bean Salad

  • 6 cloves garlic , minced or pressed
  • 4 Fl Oz red wine vinegar
  • 4 Fl Oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
  • 2 Cup green beans , steamed and cut in half
  • 4 Tbsp flat leaf parsley , chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh sage , minced
  • 1 green bell peppers , seeded and chopped
  • 4 Tbsp cilantro , chopped
Combine first 3 ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Season with sea salt to taste. Shake vigorously. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Shake dressing and pour over salad. Chill before serving.
