Gingery Cilantro Salad Dressing

  • 3 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp pickled ginger juice
  • 4 Fl Oz orange juice
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp Brewer's yeast
  • 3 Tbsp pickled ginger , chopped
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro , minced
Beat tofu in a food processor or blender, or with a whisk, until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed, beating well after each addition. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
