Tea Punch

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 tsp Jasmine tea , or other tea
  • 1 1/2 Pint boiling water
  • 1 lemons , juiced
  • 1 oranges , juiced
  • 4 Fl Oz unsweetened pineapple juice
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Place tea in another pot and add boiling water. Steep about 3 minutes. Strain tea and return liquid to pot. Add spice mixture and fruit juices. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
