Apple-Berry Punch

  • 1/4 Lb fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 1/2 Pint sparkling apple cider , chilled
  • 3 tsp lime juice
Pur'ee raspberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine berry pur'ee, apple cider and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir and serve.
