Cinnamon Coffee

  • 4 Fl Oz whipping cream , chilled
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup ground coffee
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Quart water
  • 1 Quart brewed coffee
  • 4 Tbsp Kahlua or other coffee liqueur (optional)
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Beat to soft peaks. Chill until ready to serve. Combine ground coffee with cinnamon and brew by desired means. Serve coffee with Kahlua, if desired, and top with whipped cream.
