Broiled Crab Cakes

  • 1 1/2 Lb crab meat , backfin, cartilage and shells removed
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 eggs
  • hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 whole patties. Broil 6 inch from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
