Cheddar-Swiss Strata

  • 6 Cup French or Italian bread , cut into 1 in. cubes
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soups
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 4 eggs , beaten
  • 1 1/2 Cup Swiss cheese , shredded
Arrange bread cubes in buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish. Combine soup, milk and eggs in a bowl. Stir in cheese and pour mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Uncover and Bake 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
