Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  • 1/4 Lb canned chunk chicken , drained
  • 4 Tbsp celery , chopped
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp onions , minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 slice bread
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slice
Combine first 4 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Divide chicken mixture between 2 normal bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining bread slices.
