Spicy Bean Salad

  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans , drained, rinsed
  • 1 Lb canned butter beans , drained, rinsed
  • 1 Lb canned green beans , cut, drained
  • 1/2 Cup red onions, sliced and separated into rings or coarsely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 7/8 pinch crushed red pepper
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
