Tortellini Chicken and Artichoke Salad

  • 1/2 Lb frozen cut green beans
  • 1/2 Lb cheese tortellini , refridgerated
  • 3 Cup cooked chicken , cubed
  • 1/2 cucumbers , sliced
  • 4 Tbsp red onions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 Lb canned artichoke hearts , drained, quartered
  • 1 Cup Caesar salad dressing
Cook green beans as directed on package. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently to coat with salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
