Beef Tacos

  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 3 Oz taco seasoning mix
  • 4 taco shells
  • 6 Fl Oz water
  • 1 Cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1 Cup tomatoes , diced
  • 1 Cup taco sauce
Saut'e ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 7-8 minutes, breaking up meat, until browned and cooked throughout. Stir in seasoning and water and divide into taco shells. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Serve with taco sauce.
