Country Bacon Potato Salad

  • 1 1/4 Lb potatoes , cooked, quartered
  • 6 bacon slice , crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup onion , chopped
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 7/8 pinch salt
  • 7/8 pinch pepper
  • 3 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Mix potatoes, bacon, and onion in large bowl. Add dressing, mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan. Refrigerate.
