Tender Lettuce Salad with Chicken

  • 4 Tbsp shredded red cabbage
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cup croutons
  • 1 Cup italian dressing
  • 3/4 Lb precooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts , thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Toss and arrange on individual salad plates. Top with chicken breast strips and Parmesan.
