Macaroni & Cheese Pizza

  • 1 package macaroni and cheeses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1/4 Lb canned mushrooms , drained
  • 4 Tbsp onions , chopped
  • 4 Tbsp green bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Oz pepperoni , thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375 ℉. Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Add eggs and mix well. Spread into a well-greased 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Combine tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Top with meat and cheese. Bake another 10 minutes.
