EZ Peach Cobbler

  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup butter , melted
  • 2 Cup peaches, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup almonds , chopped and roasted
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Add peaches. Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and sprinkle brown sugar and almonds on top. Return to oven and bake about 5-10 additional minutes, or until cobbler is well browned.
