Shrimp and Noodle Salad

  • 1/2 Lb thin fresh egg noodles
  • 2 celery stalks , chopped
  • 1 carrots , chopped
  • 1 large onions , chopped
  • 1/4 Lb snow peas
  • 4 1/4 Fl Oz soy sauce or tamari
  • 4 1/4 Fl Oz water
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp honey
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp cilantro , chopped
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
  • 1 Lb cooked shrimp , shelled
Cook noodles in a large pan of boiling water 4-5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain. Cut noodles in half. Place vegetables in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 10 minutes, or until just tender. Rinse under cold water and drain. Combine next 5 ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Combine noodles, vegetables, and shrimp in a bowl and pour over dressing.
