  • 1/2 Cup jicama , peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 Cup radishes , trimmed and sliced
  • 1/2 peeled cucumbers , thinly sliced
  • 4 Fl Oz light Italian dressing
  • 1 Cup cheese & garlic croutons
Combine all ingredients, except croutons, in a bowl. Toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with croutons.
