  • 1/2 Cup celery , sliced
  • 1/2 Cup mango , chopped
  • 4 Tbsp water chestnuts , sliced
  • 2 Cup pineapple , diced, canned and drained or fresh
  • 1 Cup canned mandarin oranges , packed in their own juice and drained
  • 4 Tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
