Bananas Flambe

  • 6 bananas , peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp low calorie margarine
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 3 3/4 Tbsp dark rum
  • 1 1/2 Pint sugar-free lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Melt the margarine in a skillet. Add the bananas and sprinkle with the sugar and allspice. Saut'e until bananas are browned. Add the rum and ignite with a long match. When the flames die down, serve bananas with vanilla frozen yogurt.
