Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake

  • 2 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Remove 1 whole cup dry volume and set aside. Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, to flour mixture. Beat 3 minutes. Transfer to a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with reserved flour mixture and chocolate chips. Bake 35-40 minutes.
