Banana Blueberry Bread

  • 1 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 Cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup mashed bananas
  • 1 Cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Sift first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside. Cream butter and gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Add 1/3 of the banana mixture and mix well. Repeat process with flour and bananas until incorporated. Gently stir in blueberries. Transfer to a buttered 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool before serving.
