  • 1 3/4 Cup bread flour
  • 4 Tbsp whole grain flour
  • 4 Tbsp cornmeal , coarsely ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp dry skim milk
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 1/2 Fl Oz water
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do not use programmable timer.
