Snack Machine Bacon Cheese Cornbread

  • 1/2 Lb corn muffin mix
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz milk
  • 4 bacon slice , cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup cheddar cheese , shredded
Preheat snack machine. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cooked bacon and cheese. Spoon a portion of batter into a lightly oiled or buttered snack machine. Close cover and cook 5 minutes, or until browned and cooked throughout.
