Apple Pancakes

  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 7/8 pinch salt
  • 1 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 apples
  • 3 tsp water
  • 1/2 Lb chocolate , grated
Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Beat the egg and milk into the flour to make a batter. Peel, core and slice the apples. Put them in a pan with the water and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Place the butter in a fry pan and melt it over low heat. Pour enough batter in the pan to cover the bottom. When it starts to bubble, flip it over with a spatula and cook on the other side until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Lift the pancake out with a spatula and place on a heatproof plate. Place in a warm oven while you make the rest. Put some apple on each pancake, and fold in half. Top with grated chocolate and serve warm.
