Mexican Salsa

  • 2 large tomatoes , chopped
  • 4 Tbsp onions , chopped
  • 1 clove garlics , crushed
  • 4 Tbsp green bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro , chopped
  • 1 jalapeno peppers , seeded and chopped, add more if desired (wear rubber gloves)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime , or lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and set aside 2 hours to let flavors meld.
