Baked Bananas with Yogurt

  • 4 firm bananas , peeled and cut diagonally into .5 in. slices
  • 1/4 Cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
  • 2 Cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
Preheat oven to 450 ℉. Arrange banana slices in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 normal Tbsp dark brown sugar brown sugar and cardamom. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and dot with butter. Gently toss to combine. Serve bananas with vanilla yogurt.
