Easy Chili

  • 1 jalapeno peppers , sliced lengthwise in half, seeds removed and discarded
  • 2 Lb canned pork and beans
  • 1 Lb canned corn , drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans , drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1 can chili style chunky tomatoes
  • 1 small red onions , thinly sliced
  • 4 Fl Oz sour cream
Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a heavy nonreactive saucepan over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3-4 minutes, or until corn and onions are tender. Serve with sour cream.
