No-Cook Mandarin Orange Pie

  • 1 package vanilla instant puddings
  • 1 Lb canned mandarin oranges , undrained
  • 1 Cup lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Cup light frozen whipped topping
  • 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
Combine pudding mix, mandarin oranges, sour cream, and whipped topping in a bowl and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Top with pecans or walnuts and coconut. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Chill for an hour before serving.
