Simple Apple Cake

  • 2 Cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup cooking oil
  • 1 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Cup Jonathan or Macintosh apples , unpeeled, cut up
Mix thoroughly all ingredients, except the apples, in a large bowl. Fold in apples. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 ℉ for 45 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
