Garlic-Free Chickpea Dip

  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp onions , chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Mash chickpeas in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in oil and lemon juice, then stir in chopped onions and salt. Serve with crackers or chips.
