Peach Cake

  • 2 1/4 Cup canned peaches, drained , chopped
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed firmly
  • 2 tsp whole milk
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. Spread peaches in pan. Mix next 6 ingredients in a bowl and spread over top of peaches. Bake about 30-35 minutes until done. Mix brown sugar and milk in small bowl. Drizzle on top of cake and return to oven, baking for another 2-3 minutes. Cool before cutting.
