Pecan Broccoli Salad

  • 1 Lb broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup pecans , whole or chopped
  • 1 Lb bottled real bacon pieces , or crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 1/2 medium red onions , sliced
  • 1 Cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Toss first five ingredients in a large salad bowl. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add to salad bowl, toss well, and serve.
